Law School in the San Fernando Valley

The City of Glendale enjoys the reputation of being one of the largest financial centers in the state, and one of the cleanest and safest business districts in the greater Los Angeles area of Southern California.

Since 1970, Glendale University College of Law has occupied a two-story, 20,000 square foot brick building in the City of Glendale. Built in 1941 by the County of Los Angeles, the first floor was a division of the Los Angeles County Health Department and the second floor was the first formal Los Angeles County Courthouse in Glendale. Considerable renovations and the building's 1940's charm create a pleasant, comfortable learning environment.

A San Fernando Valley law college, and one of several part time law universities in Southern California near Los Angeles, the Glendale University College of Law campus is 15 minutes by freeway from downtown LA. Several Southern California cities are within a 15-mile radius of the college, including Los Angeles, Pasadena, Burbank, Altadena, Monrovia, West Covina, Arcadia, El Monte, Baldwin Park, and more. The school is two blocks away from Glendale City Hall and Civic Center, the Glendale Police station, and a Los Angeles County Superior Court House.

The law school is also within walking distance of various restaurants, as well as a multitude of conveniences enjoyed regularly by the students, including:
